1992 Jeep Wrangler YJ • ONE OWNER • 69,937 MILES • 4.0L I6 • 5-SPEED • $17,500 OBO
One owner. Under 70,000 miles. Over three decades of Jeep history.
Selling my 1992 Jeep Wrangler YJ that I’ve owned since 1992. I am the original and only owner, and it currently has just 69,937 miles.
This has been an incredibly reliable Jeep and has been regularly maintained throughout my ownership. I’m only selling it because a bad knee has made driving a manual difficult for me. Otherwise, she’d be staying.
It has the desirable 4.0L straight-six with 5-speed manual transmission and 4WD, along with a few well-chosen upgrades.

MAINTENANCE & CONDITION
This Jeep has been regularly maintained by a mechanically inclined owner, including routine checks of tires, fluids, lights, wipers, belts and hoses. Periodic maintenance has included oil and filter changes, tire rotations and brake inspections, along with milestone services and replacement items as needed.
Mechanically, everything works great and she has been a very reliable Jeep.
She has never had an issue passing California smog. She is currently registered Planned Non-Operation (PNO) simply because I haven’t been able to drive her due to my knee.
The Jeep presents very nicely for its age, but this is an honestly represented, 34-year-old Jeep, not a freshly restored show vehicle. There is normal cosmetic wear, including weathering/fading on the hardtop and minor carpet wear, which I’ve photographed rather than trying to hide. The hardtop could benefit from conditioning/restoration.
The rear box-speaker wiring is currently visible below the dash and can be routed underneath the carpet.
You’ll see photos both with the hardtop installed and with the top off, along with detailed photos of the engine bay, interior, original upholstery, cargo area, drivetrain controls and odometer.
